All new installments MUST be faxed in or emailed to ensure accuracy.
Agents are responsible for costs associated with replacing any lost/stolen/damaged posts,
metal stakes and/or brochure boxes and/or sign riders while at the listing property.
*There is no charge for installing a rider or information box ordered at the time of post
placement. ONLY RETURN TRIPS THAT RESULT IN DRIVING AND/OR LABOR ARE CHARGED.
We are not responsible for the loss of agent riders left on the post at the time of pick up. Any
rider that we do not normally store for you (web riders, etc) or is not ours will be left at the
property, unless otherwise requested by the agent to drop off somewhere.
There will be a $5 late fee per month for amounts 30 days or more past due . All posts are
subject to removal if invoice is not paid within 30 days.
SIGN LANGUAGE height limitation is the 1st story.
Out-of-area posts may take longer. Please call for information.
SIGN LANGUAGE is not responsible for the repair of holes and other related damage resulting
from sign installation nor are we responsible for re-seeding the lawn and damage to the garden
area due to the insertion of a post. We will, however, repair any sprinkler pipes damaged by our
crew. Please call us BEFORE calling a plumber. Our reimbursement for a plumber is limited to
$50.
When a post is removed by the agent/owner, etc., and placed behind a gate or a fence, SIGN
LANGUAGE is not responsible if a pet, etc. should become loose from the yard.
Any post relocated without our permission will be subject to a $50 unauthorized relocation fee.
Agent will be responsible for any damage done to the post and/or the stake as well.
All installation requests will be serviced as quickly as possible. Most are completed the
following work-day, however, next day service is not a guarantee.
